Transporter

Livo is a freight sharing community where you can send items from A to B with people who have extra space in the car. We focus on making freight easy, affordable and sustainable.
If you often drive and have extra space in the car, you can apply to become a Livo transporter. The application you will find in your profile section.

Unfortunately, we are sad that you can not change your listing yet. We will implement this in our next update.
Alternatively, you can delete your listing and create a new one. If you do not have major changes to the original listing, we recommend that you write directly to your transporter they offer to transport.

You do not have to own a car to be a Livo transporter. Occasionally there will be tasks that can be done by bike – so with a smile on your face, you will get far here.

Every 14 days we pay out to the Livo transporters. This requires that both parties (sender and transporter) have confirmed that the item(s) have arrived safely, and have confirmed “completed delivery”.
Expect up to 2 banking days from the time we send the money until it is received in your online bank.
For example, we send the money on between the 14th-16th of the month as well as the 2nd last weekday of the month.

* (It also requires that the transporter has provided bank details in his transporter profile: Registration and account number, found in your “my profile”.)

The Livo family consists of: Victoria, Oliver, Oliver, Tim, Phillip, Morten and Jannik. In addition to us, we have a technical team based abroad.

We are human ourselves, and can not always remember everything 🙂
We have therefore chosen that you log in by entering your telephone number, and then receive a four-digit one-time code, in order to optimize our secure community.
You thus do NOT have a password.

You apply by filling out a “become a transporter” form (found in your profile section). It is important that you have updated your profile information before you can apply to become a Livo transporter.

After you submit your form, Livo will review it. We contact you, and then set up a video call to validate that you are the person you pretend to be. At the same time, we can also answer any questions you may have here, so you can get the best possible start at Livo.
